Sessions are "by appointment only."
Hours and Availability
Clients can book up to three months in advance.
Dharma Massage & Wellness is open Monday through Friday with regular studio hours, offers shorter availability on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays. Rev. Dr. Mark Heilshorn may also accept early morning and late evening appointments on request.
Monday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
Before You Arrive
Your visit begins before hands-on work starts. Dharma asks a few simple intake questions about your pain, your goals, any medical care you have already received, and any areas that should be avoided during treatment.
Bring a clear sense of what is bothering you most.
Share when the issue began and whether there was a triggering event.
Mention if you have seen a physician for the issue.
Let your therapist know if any area of the body should be avoided.
Booking Policy
Dharma Massage & Wellness requires full payment at the time of booking. If you prefer to bring cash or a check, the card can be reimbursed upon alternative payment, and cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full.
100% deposit required when booking.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay and all credit card.
Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, results in the full session charge.
Clients may request longer sessions when time allows.
