What an In-Home Session Is
An in-home session is the same treatment offered at the studio on Post Road West, delivered at your address. It is arranged directly with me rather than through the online calendar, and it is available across Fairfield County, typically within about 20 miles of Westport.
I bring everything the treatment needs: the table, the linens, the oils and the bolsters. You provide a quiet room with floor space for the table, a living room or a spare bedroom both work, and about ten minutes for me to set up and pack down.
At Dharma Massage & Wellness, an in-home session suits clients who want restorative work at home, need relief from accumulated stress, or simply want to slow down without adding a drive to the day.
In-home work is therapeutic bodywork, not a spa event: one client, one therapist, one treatment plan. If the studio is the better answer for your goal, I will say so.

What Happens During an In-Home Visit
You call or text (475) 471-1523 with your address, what is going on in your body, and two or three windows that work for you.

We settle the time and the travel fee for your town. New clients complete the intake form before the visit, so the session starts with treatment rather than paperwork.
I bring the setup
I arrive with the table, the linens and the oils, and set up in the room you have chosen, usually in about ten minutes.
